Why RPCG Exists
The Resonance Project Consulting Group was created from a simple understanding: many music educators enter the profession with passion, knowledge, and a vision for what they hope their programs can become — but far fewer are given a clear process for how to build those results consistently and sustainably.
Early in our careers, we often knew what we wanted to achieve, but not always how to get there. Over time, through experience, reflection, success, failure, and the guidance of remarkable mentors, we began to better understand the systems, habits, and intentional decisions that help programs grow.
RPCG exists to help shorten that learning curve for other educators.
Our goal is not to replace a director’s vision or identity, but to provide thoughtful support, honest reflection, practical structure, and encouragement along the way. We believe meaningful growth happens through consistency, clarity, preparation, and a willingness to keep learning.
Most importantly, RPCG exists because music education matters — and the people leading students every day deserve support as they work to build strong programs, meaningful experiences, and lasting impact within their communities.
